Image
Is Bieber really a bad kid?Yahoo! Contributor Network Halloween is almost here, and it's safe to say that celebrity-inspired costumes are going to be very popular with the public this year. The Oct. 5 show was held at a police-cordoned stage on Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrovs 35th birthday.
