Celebrities Tweet About Amanda Knox Verdict

In a highly anticipated moment Amanda Knox was finally declared free at last yesterday by the Italian court system. Everyone, including A-list celebs, was stunned by the verdict. The Italian appeals court overturned Knox's murder conviction in the 2007 murder of her British roommate Meredith Kercher, in Perugia, Italy.

During her four years in prison Knox was the subject over much debate whether she was a vicious killer or an innocent American tourist blamed for a horrific murder by the unfair and unjust Italian court system. Celebrities reacted over Twitter:

Matchbox Twenty tweeted, "Congratulations Amanda Knox!"

Harvey Levin from TMZ predicted, "Amanda Knox is going to make a million bucks doing a TV interview....absolutely no doubt."

Kevin Nealon said, "Would it be an understatement to say Amanda Knox and her boyfriend have had a bumpy relationship?"

Richard Roeper joked, "Amanda Knox is free. Wonder if Casey Anthony is looking for a roommate. #toosoon."

Kyle Richards from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" was criticized by Twitter followers after tweeting, "So happy Amanda Knox is free. My heart goes out to her , her family and Meredith Kercher's family"

One follower asked Richards, ""@sexy_red_vixen: @KyleRichards18 How can you be happy if you don't know wether or not she's innocent? Stupid!"
