Celebrities hit the green for a cause

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - Local celebrities joined young children on the green in Amherst for a good cause.

Transit Valley Country Club hosted the Tops Charity Golf Outing putting contest Sunday morning.

Celebrities including News 4's Melissa Holmes and Nalina Shapiro also got to pair up with a Children's Miracle Network child to raise money for Buffalo Women and Children's Hospital.

The tournament alone is supposed to raise over $2,000 for Women and Children's Hospital, part of Tops' overall $350,000 they're giving to the hospital this year.
