Loosing weight and toning fast?
Hi everyone!
I'm attending an event in about 2 months and it's for an entire weekend. I would love to have an amazing figure by then. Currently i am a size 12 borderline 14, and i would love to be a size 10 and toned. Now, i do have plenty of lumps and bumps and i loath them. I know it will take a while but i am willing to work hard and keep the weight off. Does anyone have any idea of a sure fire way to do this? I have found it hard to diet in the past, as i like to indulge with my sweets, oops! I thought that to get that amazing wash board tummy, i would need to do stomach crunches, but aparently that's not how to do it? Some help would really go a very long way, and i would be very grateful.
My ideal look would be Jessica Alba – I wish… I wish!!!
