MANILA, Philippines -- Grading the quality of food is always subjective and relies heavily on an individuals personal taste and preference. This is why a gourmet meal that you can enjoy in posh restaurants can easily be duplicated at home with just a few twists.

Celebrities often find themselves in situations where eating out is the first option because of their busy schedule. However, these personalities still try to cook something fancy whenever the opportunity presents itself. With the help of Chef Jessie Sincioco, some of these stars share their kitchen savvy with home-made gourmet creations.

Television host and sports enthusiast Rovilson Fernandez shared his own recipe for German Franks with Spicy Barbeque. The German franks are marinated in spicy barbeque sauce and then grilled. The result was a straightforward meaty delight made more savory by the sauce.

Model and TV host Kelly Misa, on the other hand, went light with a serving of Spicy Ham Wraps in Tamarind Vinaigrette Dressing. The dish offers choice greens wrapped in spicy ham, topped with small cuts of different fruits and dressed with tamarind vinaigrette.

Celebrity mom Christine Jacob-Sandejas opted to showcase her healthy lifestyle by coming up with an equally healthy dish of Cheese Franks Monggo Soup with Malunggay. This classic Filipino dish is given a classy twist with the addition of the cheese franks. The new ingredient gave the soup a creamier texture which made every spoon full as flavorful as the last.

Tessa Prieto-Valdez offered a Salami Linguine al Pesto dish. The salami strips can be easily handled with the pasta while it adds a new dimension of peppery flavor to the dish. Philippine Azkals teammates Aly Borromeo and Anton del Rosario collaborated on a dish of Smoked Turkey Franks on Whole Wheat Bread

Celebrity chef China Cojuanco showcased her culinary skills by coming up with a Beef Franks Risotto. Each dish featured Purefoods Premium Franks and Cold Cuts line which offers classy delis with versatile flavors. I made sure that the dishes complement each other while highlighting the Premium Franks and Cold Cuts incorporated into each of them, Chef Sincioco shares.

As a fitting end, Chef Sincioco presented a dish of Baked Fruit Tart with Crispy Bologna Vermicelli. The warm fruit tart is topped with crispy bologna strips, fashioned like vermicelli, which balances the flavors of the dessert and adds a delicate meatiness to the sweet ending.

Creating gourmet quality food is easy. Once you have the ingredients, all it takes is a little creativity and a willingness to explore.
