So my friend's niece (who is 10 yrs old) was doing a project on her favorite celebrity (Miley Cyrus aka Hannah Montana) and on one of the pages of her google search were nude photos of the celebrity. Now I know some people doctor up pictures of celebrities, but these were pretty convincing. Google's moderate safe search was active and the kids know what is and is not appropriate to look up.

At any rate I want to know if any charges were brought up against anyone for essentially producing kiddie porn.
